COSTS - NOT SET IN STONE

Yes we can look at our prices, and we are happy to try and beat any 'like for like' genuine quotation that you have elsewhere.

PICK-UP & DELIVERY

We have a vehicle traders insurance policy which enables us to move vehicles for work purposes.

From time to time this will allow us to pick up ands return vehicles - although there will be an agreed cost involved for this service.

INVOICING & PAYMENTS

A deposit - usually 50% is taken for all new customers and large fleet vehicle branding projects. Balance of invoice is usually required on completion unless agreed otherwise.

GENERAL QUESTION

  • Do you pick up and deliver?

    Yes for an agreed fee, based on our time and the vehicle being fueled for the return journey.  We can also arrange for a delivery vehicle should it be required, quotations will be given at the point of order and included in the overall quotation cost.  Our insurance will cover us to drive vehicles we are working on.

  • Whats the turn-around time?

    Turn around time depends on the scale of the project, however individual or small fleet vehicle work is usually booked in for around 5-7 day turn around.  Larger projects require a structured plan for payment and logistics.

    Once artwork is approved - around 5-7 days is normal.

    We need a 50% deposit to produce final scaled artwork

    Production will only take place once a deposit is cleared in our account

    Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice unless agreed otherwise

    If payment is not received, we will come and remove the branding

  • How can I be sure that the wrap will fit?

    All of our vehicle wraps and graphics are designs on scaled templates of the vehicle you will have specified to us.  A scaled colour visual will be supplied for approval before anything is produced - it is your responsibility to check the visual for spelling mistakes or any errors in any part prior to the job going live.

  • Can I get my deposit back if I change my mind?

    Deposits are non refundable.  There are costs involved in the design time and setup of the work, and materials are not returnable to our suppliers, so we cannot return your deposit.

  • Will the graphics damage the paintwork?

    The opposite will happen.  The materials will actually protect the paintwork of the vehicle from stone chips, light scratching and general wear and tear.  When removed what you may see if where the paintwork is in better condition than the are that has been subjecdt to UV and abrasion.  This can generally be polished away by bodyshop.
