Fleet branding...
With more and more of our work coming in the form of fleet vehicle branding, we are fast becoming experts in this field.
We are able to offer a complete change of design and implement this over an entire fleet of vehicles, or can match an existing design and offer an alternative quotation for the future contract of your graphics requirements.
Full digitally printed wraps are available, or we can take a white van and use spot colour vinyls to alter your fleet to your corporate colours. This means no painting is required and that the wrap can be removed at the end of the vehicles contract. Whatever your requirements are we are confident we can match or beat your existing prices and service levels.
Materials play a large part in any vehicle livery, and we only use the best quality and the right product. Our knowledge means your fleet will look as good on thelast day as it did on the first day. We won't cut corners on materials as this is false economy and only use materials from Avery and 3M in all of our fleet work.
Example 1: 120 Mid Kent Water to South East Water vans in 8 days
We recently took on a contract of 120 vans of various sizes and ages and completed a rebrand of 30 vehicle per weekend for 4 weeks.
Vans were dropped off on Friday evening and picked up on Monday morning. In this time they were completely stripped of their old livery, de glued, polished by a bodyshop and then the new graphics applied ready for 7:30am collection on Monday morning. The requirement of the customer was that the vehicles could not be off the road in office hours, and so we had to work to the tight deadlines set.
All vehicles were completed on time and budget, with some having body repairs and paint completed within this time too by the bodyshop used to help refurbish the vehicles.
Example 2: 22 LWB Sprinter vans for DWL Home
Pictured right is one of 22 LWB Sprinter vans we designed, produced and fitted in house during the rebranding of the entire fleet of vehicles for Mid Kent Water.
We were initially approched by DWL after they saw another of out jobs and asked the driver who had done it. That initial job lead to the 27 vehicles DWL had just aquired being branded in a completely new style.
The vans were taken from DWL back to our fitting bay, where we were able to fit 2 vans per day with our in house fitting team. They had two different designs produced and to help in the design process we also visited the site of completed work and took the photographs we knew would work on the vehicles to help with the smooth running of the job.
Example 3: 6 Fully wrapped VW Transporters for ABS Property Maintenance
These six vans were all completed at the van dealership over a period of one week prior to delivery being made to the customer.
Again artwork was not supplied, nor a brief from the customer other than a full wrap, or as close as based on their budget. We came up with this design, and the customer gave us the go ahead.
All of our vehicle wraps have one thing in common, that is the materials we use. We only use Avery MPi1005 or the very latest but more expensive 3M IJ380C. This job was no exception and it was tight on costs due to the customers budget. It was decided that the Avery was the best option and we produced and fitted the kits early and on budget.
The full wrapping of the vans means that when they reach the end of the contract hire period, it can be removed and the paintwork be as good as new, protected from stonechips and scratches while the wrap is in place.
