Chevrons are the reflective, V-shaped markings you see on the back of vehicles that work on or near the road. They make the vehicle much easier to see, especially in low light or heavy traffic, which keeps your staff and other road users safer.
Chapter 8 is the part of the Department for Transport’s Traffic Signs Manual that covers marking vehicles used for road works and similar work. Compliance matters, because a chevron that doesn’t meet the standard doesn’t do its job.
We design and make our chevrons in-house from tried and tested reflective and fluorescent materials. We template your vehicle first, so the kit fits around lights, handles and panel lines, not just on screen.

What are Chapter 8 chevrons?
They’re reflective markings, usually red and yellow or fluorescent, fitted to the back of vehicles working on the road. Chapter 8 is the part of the Traffic Signs Manual that covers how those vehicles should be marked.
