How our warranty works
Materials
All materials we use are applied to the manufacturer’s own specification. Full specification details for the materials used on your job are available on request.
Installation
If an issue develops that’s down to how the wrap was fitted, such as lifting edges, bubbling or seams failing under normal conditions, we’ll put it right at no cost.
Life of the wrap
Cover lasts for the life of your wrap, from the date of fitting, as long as the wrap has been reasonably cared for.
What “lifetime” means
Vinyl doesn’t last for ever, so “the life of your wrap” is set by the film manufacturer’s own guideline time frame for the product we used. For printed graphics, that’s the manufacturer’s stated durability for the film and laminate when printed on an HP Latex printer. We confirm the period for your job with your materials.
Manufacturers give different time frames for vertical surfaces, such as doors, sides and the rear, and for horizontal surfaces such as roofs and bonnets, which weather faster.
Looking after your wrap
Do
- Hand wash with a bucket and sponge, or a hosepipe and soft brush
- Deal with lifting edges or damage promptly, before it spreads
Avoid
- Close-up jet washing. The pressure can lift edges and force water under the vinyl
- Automatic car washes with stiff brushes, where possible
Not covered
- Accidental or impact damage
- Jet-washing damage
- Damage from third-party work on the vehicle
- General wear and tear
