Warranty

Every job we do is covered in two ways: the materials we use, and the quality of our own fitting.

Materials

All materials we use are applied to the manufacturer’s own specification. Full specification details for the materials used on your job are available on request.

Installation Warranty

We cover installation issues for a period of 12 months as standard from the date of fitting. If an issue develops that’s down to how the wrap was fitted — lifting edges, bubbling, or seams failing under normal conditions — we’ll put it right at no cost, provided the wrap has been reasonably cared for.

Looking After Your Wrap

• Hand wash with a bucket and sponge, or a hosepipe and soft brush
• Avoid close-up jet washing — the pressure can lift edges and force water underneath the vinyl
• Avoid automatic car washes with stiff brushes where possible
• Deal with any lifting edges or damage promptly rather than leaving them to spread

What Isn’t Covered

Our warranty covers normal use and reasonable care. It doesn’t cover accidental damage, impact damage, jet-washing damage, damage caused by third-party work on the vehicle, or general wear and tear.

Making a Claim

If something doesn’t look right, get in touch and we’ll take a look. Contact us with your details and some photos of the issue, and we’ll advise on next steps.
